Please note that, for security reasons, our database will not be updated immediately after the information has been submitted. Our staff will effect the changes as soon as possible. However, you should be able to see that it has been received by looking at the Contacts page. The current state of payments and outstanding amounts can also be accessed.

An account number and password is required, which is normally sent out with each confirmed booking. Please call if you have difficulties using these facilities.
