Once a Booking Form has been returned to us, whoever signs the form is then liable for the cost of the holiday or cancellation charges as set out in our Terms and Conditions, whether or not the holiday is taken.

We have arranged to protect all our guests if events such as illness prevent them from taking up their holiday. This Cancellation Protection Scheme is automatically added to the cost of each holiday and the charge is shown on our standard Booking Form.

If you need to make a claim, following cancellation or for any of the other eventualities covered by the policy, please contact us as soon as you know that the holiday will not be taken. Otherwise, a claim under our Cancellation Protection Scheme may not be valid.
