Trevanion House employs up to thirty five staff at the peak season. We have a mixture of permanent and seasonal opportunities.

The principal purpose of Trevanion House is to enable our guests to enjoy the many and varied holiday and leisure facilities throughout Cornwall. Our staff are frequently recruited from people who have no prior experience of supporting adults with a learning disability - we can teach you about that aspect of the job but we expect you to be lively, interesting and enthusiastic.

We employ:

Support staff - who go out with guests on our minibuses
Housekeeping - who keep the house looking great
Kitchen - who prepare delicious meals from fresh ingredients

. . . as well as Managers!

Following induction and the satisfactory completion of a probationary period, staff are encouraged to obtain NVQ, LDAF and other formal qualifications.
