Guests are asked to arrange that their travel times enable:

		Arrival:	after 3 pm
		Departure:	before 11 am

For the convenience of those who need to make arrangements that fall outside these times, we are able to offer day care service to ensure the welfare of our guests arriving early or departing late. There is an additional charge for this service.

Travel Details should be notified to us as soon as possible. For speed, you can submit the information on line in the Customer Section. If you have difficulties with this, please give us a call.

If we are expected to meet a guest arriving at either Bodmin Parkway, Newquay Airport or Wadebridge Coach Stop, it is essential that we receive the information at least two weeks before the start of the holiday.

We cannot guarantee to be able to meet every arrival. Please contact us before making a reservation if it is important that we are to meet the transport in order to ensure that the guest alights at the correct stop.

National Express coaches are a good form of travel for our independant guests but please note that they are often as much as two hours late in summer. It is not practical for us to wait at the stop for this length of time so please ensure that a guest travelling independently has details of how to telephone us when they arrive.

The same applies to flights into Newquay airport from Stansted or Gatwick.
